  Student Reports

In addition to the various student reports available in the Students Module, the following reports are available in the Documentation Module:

Student List

The Student List gives you basic information about all students who are in your current caseload. This report contains, for each current student:

ID

Name

Intake Date

Telephone

Birth date

Grade Level

Caseload Summary

The Caseload Summary contains a summary of information about students who are currently in your caseload.

The Caseload Summary contains, in both numeric percentage and graph form, the following: Reason for Services, Service Requested by, Level of Needs, and Student Age. You can confirm which items you wish to include when the report is opened.

Group List

The Group List report provides a listing for all active groups. As it contains no identifying student information, it is suitable to give to students who may be joining a group.

At-Risk Students Summary

The At-Risk Students Summary shows the number of at-risk students who received services during the specified time period. Data is grouped by month, and is displayed both numerically and in chart form.
