One of the major additions to Hallways 4 is the ability to create and manage student groups. If you do any group counseling, or frequently have appointments with more than one student, setting up student groups will make entering appointments much easier and faster. 

Student Groups

Create student groups to make adding student appointments easier. Once appointments have been entered through the Appointments Module, they can be accessed directly from the Student Groups page.

Group Appointments

Quickly create an appointment for any group from the Appointments Module, and Hallways automatically creates corresponding appointments and notes for all active group members. Hallways references the group's goals so you just select the appropriate competency and indicator for the session.

Group Appointment Notes

The competency, indicator, and topic of the group appointments are automatically transferred to the appointment note for each student. Notes and attendance can be edited separately for each individual student.
