Client Assessment: Adding Problems to the Treatment Plan

When it is indicated that a problem area will be a target of treatment, the option to add the problem area to the client’s treatment plan will appear.

Click the Add to Treatment Plan button to open the Treatment Plan Development window.

Treatment Plan Development

All available presenting problems for the selected problem area are displayed. Select a problem from the list on the left, and indicate the level of the problem: primary, secondary, or contributing. Click "OK" to add the problem to the client's treatment plan.
