Progress Notes
The Progress Notes window
allows you to create and print a detailed record of any session in just
a few minutes. Point and click your selections, and you'll be done in no
time.
The progress note contains
the client's affect, participation, progress towards goals, focus of
session, narrative description, and more. Progress notes also integrate
with the client assessment and treatment plan, so keeping up with
paperwork is simple.

Progress Reports
Sometimes actual progress
notes of each session are not appropriate to send to a contact or other
authorized agency. A Progress Summary allows you to easily report the
client’s progress in therapy without including session notes.
Categories include topics
of sessions, areas of concern, summary of progress, recommendations, and
more.
