Unfortunately, we cannot accept
returns on opened software. If you are experiencing difficulty with your
software, please contact us with your questions. Our service representatives
will help you resolve any issues with your software.
How much is shipping?
There is no charge for shipping.
When will I get my software?
Order processing takes 24 - 72
hours. Orders are shipped
via USPS Priority Mail. You should receive your software within 3 days of
shipment. If you have placed and paid for your order online and have not
received it within 7 days,
please
contact us immediately so we can ship a replacement.
