Client Billing Accounts
Create a billing account for each
client, containing information about how much and how the client pays for
sessions. This option allows multiple payors for each client, as well as the
ability to print account statements and summaries.
Multiple Payors
If your clients use a variety of
payment sources, stay on top of your accounts receivable and ensure that your
payors' accounts are current. Keep payor information at your fingertips,
including authorization requirements, provider number, and billing address.
The payor summary report includes
amount billed, amount paid, and amount outstanding for each payor.
Invoicing
Particularly helpful for therapists
who do their own billing, the invoice package lets you print invoices directly
from Pathways.
Create an invoice and print
directly onto a HCFA-1500 form, submit multiple clients on a single invoice, or
print a single client's billing on one invoice.
