It is full practice management software, designed to save time on paperwork in any mental health therapy or counseling practice.

Keep your client records up to date

Easy Scheduling

Keep track of your daily schedule - client sessions, communications, and tasks - with just a few clicks of the mouse. Your entire schedule for the day can be immediately accessed, with details just a click away.

Recurring Appointments

New to Pathways 7, you can now schedule recurring client sessions. Pathways automatically completes appointment records using information from the client record, and creates a progress note for the session.

Today's Events Calendar

From the Today's Events window, create and review all appointments for any date. Client sessions and communications are immediately accessible, so you know at a glance what happened or what is scheduled for a particular day.

Appointment Summaries

Several types of appointment summaries can be printed with the click of a button, including an Outlook-style calendar of appointments.

Integrated System

Pathways 7 includes expanded and integrated client history and assessment features. The client history window follows the format and content of the included client history form, and allows the clinician to assess the severity of issues as related by the client. The Pathways assessment includes mental status, client strengths/weaknesses, identified problem areas, DSM-5 diagnoses and planned treatment. The client history and assessment integrate with the client treatment plan, so there's no duplicate entry of information. Problem areas that are noted during the client history or assessment can be easily added to the client's treatment plan.
