In
addition to the various student reports available in the
Appointments Module, the following reports are available in the
Documentation Module:
Appointments Summary
The
Appointments Summary contains, for the date range specified, the
amount of time spent on each type of appointment, grouped by service
category.
This
report contains:
Service
Categories used during the specified date range
Types of
appointments
Number
of appointments
Hours
spent on each type of appointment
Summary
of appointments and hours for each service category
Total
number of appointments and hours
Appointments Summary (Chart)
The Appointments Summary Chart
displays the amount of time spent on each type of appointment over
the specified time period. Data is displayed in a trend chart, so it
is best used for displaying data over a period of several months.
For a lesser time period, use the Appointments Monthly Summary.
Appointments Monthly Report
The Appointments Monthly Report,
accessed from the Task Pane of the Documentation or Appointments
Module windows, shows a summary of the time spent in all
appointments during the selected time period. It varies from the
Appointments Summary in that it contains a bar chart, suitable for
shorter periods of time.
Service Category Summary
The
Service Category Summary divides appointments that occurred during
the specified time period into Service Categories. It shows the
number of appointments and amount of time spent in each category,
both in numeric and percentage formats.
Service
Category Summary (Chart)
The Service Category Summary Chart
displays the amount of hours spent within each service category
during the specified time period.
Direct
Services Summary
This report shows the number of
direct services vs. non-direct services for the specified time
period. Services are grouped by month, and displayed in both
numerical form and percentages. A graph at the end of the report
shows direct vs. non-direct hours, also grouped by month.
Attendance Report
The
Attendance Report shows student attendance for all appointments
during the specified time period. This report shows the attendance
only for the main appointment: for example, if a student in a group
didn’t show for a group appointment, this will not be counted as a
“no show,” because the main appointment for the group shows that the
appointment was kept.
Topics
Summary
The
Topics Summary shows information about all topics addressed during
the specified time period during student appointments. Appointments
are grouped by topic, and appointment type. The number of
appointments and hours are displayed, along with the percentage of
time spent on each topic.
Topics
Summary (chart)
The Topics Summary Chart displays,
in graph form, the number of hours spent on each topic during the
specified time period. Appointments are grouped by month.
System
Support Activities
The
System Support Activities report, accessed from the Documentation
Task Pane or from the Appointments menu, shows all system support
activities during the specified date range. The date of the
activity, type, start and end times, and the number of hours are
given for each activity, arranged in chronological order.
Non-Guidance Activities
The
Non-Guidance Activities report, accessed from the Documentation Task
Pane or from the Appointments menu, shows all non-guidance
activities during the specified date range. The date of the
activity, type, start and end times, and the number of hours are
given for each activity, arranged in chronological order.
