Progress Module

The Pathways 7 Progress Module allows you to easily document your clients' progress in treatment. Each client session has an associated progress note, and progress reports help provide a summary of the client's progress over a specified period of time.

Progress Notes

You must enter a client session in order to complete a progress note. Pathways automatically creates a blank note for any client session. Progress notes for an appointment can be accessed from any sessions window. Read More >>  

Notes for Cancelled Sessions

If a client cancels or fails to attend a scheduled appointment, you can still complete a short note for the session. Read More >> 


Progress Reports

Sometimes actual progress notes of each session are not appropriate to send to a caseworker or other authorized agency. A Progress Report allows you to easily report the client’s progress in therapy without including session notes. Read More >>
