Adding Appointments

To add an appointment, open the Today’s Events window and, after selecting the appropriate date, click the “Create New Appointment” button.

You will be asked to select the type of appointment you wish to create.

 

Appointments fall within one of three categories:

Sessions: therapeutic or counseling sessions with a client

Communications: collateral contacts with or regarding a client

Tasks: non-direct activities, such as meetings, paperwork, and case management
