Starting Pathways

To open the Pathways program, double-click the icon on your desktop, or from the Start menu select Programs > Pathways. The initial password for Pathways is “pathways” without the quotations. Please change this immediately to ensure the security of your data.

The Today’s Events Window

Once you’ve entered the proper password, the Today’s Events window appears. This window is the main hub of the program, from which you can navigate to appointments, activities, and communications. Using the Today’s Events window will help ensure that your files are complete and up-to-date.
Clicking any date on the calendar will display the events for that date.

Using the Today’s Events window as a central navigation point will ensure ease of use. However, before scheduling appointments, you must add clients to the software.
