Treatment Plan Wizard:
Review Action Points |

Pathways suggests
objectives for the selected problem based on the
action points identified in the
client’s assessment.

Add Objectives
Click the Add button to
add the specified objective to the client’s treatment
plan. Pathways will also automatically add the long-term
goal associated with the selected objective to the
treatment plan.
Click the Action Points
button in the upper right corner of the window to view
all available action points.

Adding Action Points
When viewing all available
action points, click the Add button to add the action
point to the client's record.

Action points are
available for all presenting problems. When using the
treatment plan wizard, Pathways suggests objectives for
each presenting problem based on the action point.
Objectives are based on action points, but are specific
to each presenting problem.

After adding the action
points, click Done. You can choose to add the objectives
associated with the new action points to the current
problem. |
