Select a Problem Area

Make a selection from the list of identified problem areas to view details and information about that area. Both the client’s and therapist’s severity rating is displayed, and can be edited. If the problem area is determined to be a target of treatment, the "Add to Treatment Plan" option will be available.

For any problem area determined to be a target of treatment, click "Add to Treatment Plan" to add a problem directly to the client's treatment plan. Read more >>

Diagnosis

Select from the list of diagnoses and enter the date the symptoms first appeared. Diagnoses are linked to the problem area. Pathways 7 utilizes DSM-5 diagnoses.

Modality
Select a modality from the list, and indicate the intended frequency. You can also make a referral directly if the selected modality isn’t offered by your practice. Click “Make Referral” to initiate a referral directly from this window, or view referrals from the client’s record at any time. Read More >>
