Client History: Stressors

Access the Client History window from the client’s record or the client intake window.

Stressors

If the client indicated that any of the listed stressors are currently experienced, click the appropriate response. Stressors, within Pathways, are defined as social or environmental factors.

Be sure to use the client’s rating of each stressor and symptom group in the history. The clinician’s assessment (rating) of the stressors and symptoms is available in the Client Assessment window.

Stressors include:

Family Conflicts or Problems

Relationship

Sexual Difficulties

Violence or Abuse

Education or School

Employment/Career

Trauma Related to Past Events

Housing or Financial Issues

Problems with Legal System

Self-Harmful Behavior

Addiction

Physical Health or Disability

Problems with Social Environment

Religion or Spirituality

Grief/Loss

As the history is completed, the clinician can indicate the severity of any stressors or symptoms within some sections. The clinician's assessment of severity can also be completed or edited in the client assessment.
